My career has taken me across countries, industries, cultures, and different stages of organizational life — from family-owned entrepreneurial environments to international corporations and complex global organizations.
My curiosity about people. How we make decisions. How we communicate. What helps us grow. What holds us back.
And what allows individuals and organizations to navigate change successfully. Today, I bring together two areas that have shaped my professional life: corporate communication and coaching.
Corporate communications, and systemic coaching.
I work in international business environments, advising leaders and organizations on internal and external communications, leadership communication, reputation, transformation, stakeholder engagement, PR, and moments of change and uncertainty.
I work with professionals and leaders who want to understand where they are, where they want to go, and what may need to change along the way.
My academic and professional background spans languages, entrepreneurship, communications management, and systemic coaching. Having lived and worked across different countries and cultures, I am comfortable with complexity, different perspectives, and situations where there is rarely one obvious answer.
I believe good conversations can change things.
Sometimes we need someone who listens without immediately trying to solve the problem. Sometimes we need a different perspective. And sometimes we need someone who is willing to ask the question others may avoid.
That is what I try to bring to my work: curiosity, clarity, experience, warmth, and the courage to challenge when it is useful. I don't believe in formulas or one-size-fits-all solutions. Meaningful change rarely starts with having all the answers — it often starts with asking better questions.
